Compensation Tiers are a flexible way to manage how services are offered and paid out within your clinic, depending on the role or expertise of your practitioners. There are two key components:
Service Compensation Tier
Set at the service level, this determines how much a practitioner is paid for delivering a specific service and controls which practitioners can access that service.Practitioner Compensation Tier
This is assigned to each practitioner via their profile or account settings. It determines which services they can access and how they’re compensated for each service. For instance, you may have services that are only available to senior-level therapists or to those with specialized certifications.
This setup is useful when:
Only certain practitioners should offer specific services.
You want to define different compensation rates for the same service depending on the provider.
You want to customize service access by role or experience level.
By combining service and practitioner tiers, you can tailor your clinic’s offerings and compensation structure to better match your team's skill levels and roles.
