1. To access the Scheduler Page, click on the Scheduler Tab in the My Office menu at the top left corner. Once there, select the Teams/Rooms tab on the same page.
2. On the left side of the Scheduler page, you find the following sections:
Filter by Client
To view sessions created for a specific client, you can filter the calendar by selecting the client from the drop-down menu.
Calendar Settings
When using the scheduler, you have the option to refine your view by filtering either by Practitioner, Room and Location. Additionally, you can select a viewing mode:
Individual view: this mode displays staff and room calendars as separate columns.
Combined view: this mode displays staff events in a single or combined calendar view.
Crew
Filter by Crew or Individuals. In Therabyte, Crew are customizable groupings created by admins and owners, consisting of specific staff members with an assigned manager. To view a specific crew calendar, simply select the desired team from the drop-down menu.
Notice in the top right corner, you can view the Teams calendar in various ways:
Agenda View – Select an option to view by day, week, or month.
Calendar View – Select an option to view by day, Work Week, Week, or month.
