What do the different options in the team calendar mean?
Go to the Scheduler Page by clicking the Scheduler Tab in the My Office menu from the top left corner. Select the Team/Rooms Tab on the same page.
Notice the left side corner of the Scheduler page, it contains the following:
Filter by client - You can filter the calendar to view the session(s) created for a specific client, select a Client on the dropdown menu.
You can further filter by either Practitioner or Room and choose a viewing mode in the scheduler, select either:
Resource view - shows staff/room calendars as separate columns
Event view - show staff events in a single/combined calendar view
Filter by “Teams” or individuals - To view a specific team calendar, select a Team on the dropdown menu. “Teams” in Therabyte can be created by admin and owners to have specific staff members with an assigned manager. Team implies these groupings not all staff.
Notice on the right side corner, you can view the Teams calendar in different ways:
Agenda View - choose an option to view by day, week, or month.
Calendar view - choose an option to view by day, work week, week, or month.
