Accessing the Team Scheduler


  1. Under My Office on the top-left corner of the screen.
  2. Select Scheduler.



Features & Navigation




A. Client Filter

Purpose: View appointments for a specific client.
How to Use: From the "All Clients" drop-down menu, select the desired client. The calendar will update to display only sessions booked for that client.



B. Calendar Settings
Purpose: Customize how events are displayed.
  • Display Events By:
    Practitioner

    Room 

    Location

  • Viewing Mode

    Individual View: This mode displays event calendars as separate columns. This is ideal for tracking individual availability.


    Combined View: All practitioner events merge into a single calendar. Ideal for checking everyone's availability together.



C. Crew Filter

What is a Crew?

How to Use:

  • Select a crew from the drop-down menu to view their collective schedule.
  • Select the practitioner/s you wish to view.


Color-Coding

Each user's appointments appear in their assigned color, making it simple to distinguish between team members at a glance. (see photo above)


Note:

  • Currently, color assignments cannot be manually customized.
  • A future update will enable custom color selection for staff members.



D. Calendar View

Purpose: Toggle between different layouts in the top-right corner:


Calendar View: Traditional grid layout.

  • Day: Hourly breakdown.
  • Week: Full 7-day view.


Agenda View: Displays monthly events in a list format.
