Included with every Therabyte monthly subscription:

  • Access to the knowledge base with articles and links to video tutorials on each feature of Therabyte
  • Tech support via video meetings to address technical challenges with any feature.


Paid options: Therabyte’s “Done-with-you" on-boarding packages

On-boarding packages create a "done-for-you" service, where we consult with you to get your back office organized. This includes an initial gathering of information for our team to then input the information into your account for you.  There are 4 offerings:

1. Strategy Session with Ashley - Investment $100/hour

  • During this 60 minute call, you will receive personalized business mentoring on how to best set up Therabyte to support your business workflow. 
  • The session includes breaking down your current business workflow, and adapting it to the features included with your Therabyte subscription.


2. Forms Only - set-up from $100

  • Send us a copy of your forms (intake, consent, etc.) and we will do the heavy lifting and create them for you
  • Just have a couple - up to 3 forms - $100 
  • Have several forms - 4-8 forms - $300

3. Basic -$250.00 choose 3 of the options below     

  • Intake and consent for set up (includes 2 forms)
  • Service and funder set up
  • Online booking set up
  • Website (Therabyte booking/intake page) set up
  • Includes 30 minute documentation gathering session
  • Includes 60 minute 1:1 training session with Mike, Therabyte co-founder

4. Premium - Premium $375.00 – choose 4 of the options below

  • Intake and consent for set up (includes up to 8 forms)
  • Service and funder set up
  • Online booking set up
  • Website (Therabyte booking/intake page) set up
  • Email template customization
  • Includes 30 minute documentation gathering session
  • Includes 60 minute 1:1 training session with Mike, Therabyte co-founder
