How to Generate an Invoice Summary per Client
- On the Clients page, Select the client for whom you will generate the report.
- On the Client modal, select the Finances tab.
- Scroll down and locate the Invoice Summary.
- After clicking The Invoice Summary, you will be able to view the report on your screen. You can choose between - Paid Invoices, All Submitted Invoices, and Outstanding Invoices.
- Use the Period field to select the start and end dates using the date picker. You can also choose the payer if needed.
- Click the Export button on the upper right corner of the Invoice Summary.
- Once you click on the export button, the file will automatically download. You may check your download folder for the exported Invoice Summary file.
Generating Invoice Summaries for Multiple Clients
If you need to generate Invoice Summaries for more than one client, you can do so one at a time:
Click the dropdown arrow next to the current client’s name to open the client selector.
- A list of other clients will appear.
- Select the next client from the dropdown.
- Set the desired date range and, if applicable, choose the payer.
- Click Export to download the Invoice Summary for that client.
Please note: Invoice Summaries are generated per client only. You cannot generate a combined Invoice Summary for multiple clients in a single file.
