Writing Group Notes and Individual Notes for an event can be done following these steps:


  1. On the Events Editor, select the Session Type.



  1. Select the kind of Service for this session.



  1. Add clients that will be part of the group session.



  1. After editing all necessary details, you may now proceed to the Outcome Phase (step 3).



  1. In the Outcome Phase, you will notice a note stating that some fields and buttons are disabled, such as Smart Tree, and Enable/Share toggle buttons. However, these buttons will be enabled once you switch to the individual client note.



  1. You will find an option for CC to individual notes. By default, this option is enabled (checked), which means that the content of the Main Note will automatically be copied to the Individual Notes of the clients. Feel free to deselect this option if it’s not needed. 



  1. For example, let's place a sample note on the Main Group Note. Once the CC option is enabled, this note will be saved and sent to all clients in the group.



  1. When we switch to individual notes, We select a client from the group. Once we choose a  client, we will lose the ability to copy furnish (cc) from the main note.



  1. Click the Proceed button to continue with the selected individual client. This process aims to prevent overriding the individual notes after they have been individually saved.



  1. In this example, we have selected the client Apple. Any note added to the Narrative part will only be saved for this specific client.




  1. Once you navigate back to the Main Group Note, you will only see the note that was saved specifically for the group.
