To import a client list, you may follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Clients" tab. Look for the drop-down button and click on it. From the options that appear, select "Import Client List.

  2. Before proceeding, it's important to read through the guide.  We suggest that you download the template file and make sure to follow its formatting guidelines.

  3. Upload the file and click Validate.

  4. Once the validation is successful, you'll see a green check mark next to the file name. If there are any issues, you'll be prompted with an error message to help you fix the missing/incorrect entry.

We will receive a notification once your file has been successfully uploaded. Usually, this process takes about 5-7 days, depending on our team's workload.
