How do I export my client list?
- Access your account and find the "Client" tab in the main menu.
- Look for the drop-down menu located beside the "New Client" button within the "Client" tab.
- Choose between two options: "Email Export" or "Full Export."
What's the difference between "Email Export" and "Full Export"?
- Email Export: This option allows you to export a selection of client data directly to your email.
- Full Export: This feature allows you to download an Excel file containing the client data.
Can I customize the client list for export?
- Yes, after choosing your export type, you can refine your selection by specifying the client status you want to include in the exported list.
What data can I include in the export?
- Client only: Includes the client's name and email address.
- With guardian: Contains the client's name, email address, and primary contact details.
- Complete client data: Provides all available client details. This option requires support activation and is primarily enabled for clients transitioning away from Therabyte. However, if you’d like this activated, feel free to reach out to us!
Note: The option for exporting complete client data is only available with the full export type.
How do I start the export process?
After specifying the export type and client status, click on the export button to initiate the export process.
How will I know when my exported client list is ready?
Upon completion of the export process, you'll receive a notification. This could be via email or through in-app notifications, indicating that your exported client list is ready for download.
