Downloadable Forms via Client Portal - PDF Form

In a continuous effort to enhance client experience, we are excited to introduce a new feature that puts more control in your hands. Clients can now effortlessly download the forms they've submitted through our Client Portal. This functionality simplifies access to crucial information, providing a seamless and efficient way to manage your submitted data.

How to Download Submitted Forms:

  1. Log in to your Client Portal account and navigate to the Forms tab.
  2. In the Forms section, locate and click on the History tab. This tab holds a record of all the forms you have submitted.
  3. In the Form History, you will see a list of all the forms you've submitted. Identify the specific form you wish to download.
  4. Next to each form entry, you will notice a download icon. Click on this icon to initiate the download process.
  5. A PDF version of the submitted form will be generated. Depending on your browser settings, the download might initiate directly into your default download folder without any additional prompts. If not, your browser may prompt you to choose a location to save the file. If prompted, select the desired folder on your device to save the PDF form. If the download begins automatically, check your designated download folder for the saved file.
