To calculate the total mileage for the year, we recommend using the following filters and columns. However, you are still free to choose the specific ones you prefer.
Kindly try applying these filters and selecting the specified columns, then proceed to click the download button.
Once the .csv file is downloaded to your designated folder, open it using your spreadsheet application. Please note that the download folder or link may vary depending on the browser and device you are using.
For this example, I am using MS Excel. Locate the Session # of Units column, highlight the relevant range, and use the AutoSum button to obtain the total mileage.
Alternatively, if you prefer, you can manually calculate the total mileage by using the =SUM() function with the cell range for the Session # of Units column.
