Note:
- Only the clinic owner(s) have access to update the clinic’s billing or credit card information, which can be found in the Settings Tab.
- The “Manage” button is only visible to 1 (one) clinic owner who is assigned as the “Account Billing Owner” of the clinic. This applies to multiple clinic owners within the same clinic.
- Changing the account billing owner is temporarily disabled within the account subscription tab. If the clinic decides to change its account billing owner, please create a ticket by emailing us at: support@therabyte.com
- You can start by clicking on the Settings tab located under the Clinic Setup menu.
Select the Subscription Tab.
- Under Payment Info, click Add Payment Method, and enter your card information. Click Submit.
- Click the Upgrade button.
- Select a Plan and click Next.
- Under Billing Details
- Please choose a billing option: Monthly or Annual (includes 1 month free)
- To edit the billing email and address, click on the Edit button.
- If you have a coupon code, enter it in the space provided and click Apply.
- Please take a look at your Transaction Summary.
- To save changes made to your plan account, click the Subscribe button.
