Note:
Only the clinic owner(s) have access to update the clinic’s billing or credit card information, which can be found in the Settings Tab.
The “Manage” button is only visible to 1 (one) clinic owner who is assigned as the “Account Billing Owner” of the clinic. This applies to multiple clinic owners within the same clinic.
Changing the account billing owner is temporarily disabled within the account subscription tab. If the clinic decides to change its account billing owner, please create a ticket by emailing us at: support@therabyte.com
- You can start by clicking on the Settings tab located under the Clinic Setup menu.
- Select the Subscription Tab.
- Under Payment Info, click Add Payment Method, and enter your card information. Click Submit.
- Click the Upgrade button.
- Select a Plan and click Next.
- Under Billing Details
- Please choose a billing option: Monthly or Annual (includes 1 month free)
- To edit the billing email and address, click on the Edit button.
- If you have a coupon code, enter it in the space provided and click Apply.
- Please take a look at your Transaction Summary.
- To save changes made to your plan account, click the Subscribe button.
