Note:
Only the clinic owner(s) have access to update the clinic’s billing or credit card information found in the Settings Tab.
The “Manage” button is only visible to 1 (one) clinic owner who is assigned as the “Account Billing Owner” of the clinic. This is applicable to multiple clinic owners within the same clinic.
Changing the account billing owner is temporarily disabled within the account subscription tab. If the clinic decides to change their account billing owner, please create a ticket by emailing us at: support@therabyte.com
- Start by clicking on the Settings tab located under Clinic Setup menu.
- Select the Subscription Tab.
- Click the Upgrade button.
- Select a Plan and click Next.
- Under Billing Details
- Choose a billing choice: Either Monthly or Annual
- Click enter card details, enter your card information and click Submit.
- To edit the billing email and address, click on the Edit button.
- After adding the card information, click Add Credit/Debit Card.
- Review your Transaction Summary.
- To save changes made to your plan account, click the Subscribe button.
