Note: Before proceeding with the reassignment of a form response, it's important to note that this action is advised for handling duplicate profiles.



Steps to Reassign a Form Response:


  1. Go to Forms and open the selected form. Then, under view responses, click on the specific response that you intend to reassign. This will open up the submission details, allowing you to view the information.

  2. In the submission details section, locate the dropdown labeled "Intended for". Click on the dropdown arrow to see the list of clients. Select the new recipient to whom you wish to reassign the response.


  3. After selecting the new recipient, you will be prompted to confirm some details regarding the reassignment. This step ensures that you are aware of the changes being made and helps prevent any accidental reassignments. Once you have confirmed the details, click Reassign Form Submission button.
