Steps to Discharge a Client:

  1. Go to Clients tab and select the client you wish to discharge from your list of active clients. Click on the client's name to open their profile.
  2. Once the client's profile is open, look for the option to "Discharge client."
  3. A confirmation prompt will appear, asking you to confirm the action. Ensure that you want to discharge the client before proceeding.

  4. After confirming, the client's status will be updated to "discharged." They will no longer appear in your active client list but will be moved to your discharged client list.



Additional Option:


By default, discharged clients retain access to their online portal. To change this, enable the setting to automatically deactivate online portal access for discharged clients.
