With our recent update, yes, it is now possible to make changes to attendance and service even after a note has been signed.


IMPORTANT:

  • Only users with the office admin role will have this capability.
  • Ensure that the note hasn't been invoiced yet.
  • This feature is accessible only within the scheduler; it cannot be executed within the notes tab.
  • Modifying the service will also update the note title.



To change the attendance and/or service you may follow these steps:


  1. Open the event from the scheduler.

  2. Make necessary adjustments to the attendance and/or service, then select Amend.

  3. Provide an explanation for the modification, and click OK to save the changes.
