With our recent update, yes, it is now possible to make changes to attendance and service even after a note has been signed.
IMPORTANT:
- Only users with the office admin role will have this capability.
- Ensure that the note hasn't been invoiced yet.
- This feature is accessible only within the scheduler; it cannot be executed within the notes tab.
- Modifying the service will also update the note title.
To change the attendance and/or service you may follow these steps:
- Open the event from the scheduler.
- Make necessary adjustments to the attendance and/or service, then select Amend.
- Provide an explanation for the modification, and click OK to save the changes.
