Processing Wallet Refunds


Refunding a client's wallet balance is a simple process that ensures funds are returned to the original payment source and the wallet card balance is adjusted automatically.


Steps to Process a Wallet Refund:


  1. Go to the client’s profile, click on the Finances tab, and then select Wallet Cards. Choose the wallet card you want to use to process the refund.

  2. Click the Refund Charges icon on the wallet card.

  3. Enter the required details for the refund. Keep in mind that the Stripe refund reason cannot be customized, but you can add a personalized internal reason for your records. Once completed, click Refund.

  4. The refunded amount will be sent directly back to the original payment source, and the refund will be processed immediately.

  5. Once the refund is completed, the wallet card balance will be automatically updated. No further manual adjustments are required.
