This guide provides a step-by-step process for transferring clients from one practitioner to another. This is typically done before permanently deleting a practitioner.


Steps to Transfer Clients


1. Remove Practitioner's Role

  • Click on Clinic Users in the Management Menu.
  • Go to the Active tab on the Users Page.
  • In the Search bar, select Role and choose Practitioner from the dropdown list.
  • Click on the name of the practitioner whose clients you want to transfer.
  • Navigate to the Account tab in the User modal.
  • Click the Edit button.

  • Uncheck the Practitioner role.


2. Reassign Clients

  • A modal will appear asking if you want to remove and reassign the clients.
    • Select Reassign to and choose the new practitioner from the dropdown list.
    • Alternatively, if you do not want to reassign the clients, select Do not reassign.
    • Click Save.


3. Confirm Changes

  • Click Done to finalize the changes.
  • Confirm the role update by clicking Confirm.
  • Lastly, click the Save button.

4. Delete Practitioner (Optional)
