In Therabyte, you can set up and manage multiple addresses for various purposes. Whether it's for your invoices, landing page, or notes, you can control which address appears on each document. This can be especially useful if you want to keep your home address private and display an alternative address.
Adding and Managing Addresses
To add or manage your addresses, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings > General > Addresses.
To add an address, click the (+) button. You can add as many addresses as you'd like, which will be available for use in your invoices, notes, and landing page.
Address on Invoices
The address you set for invoices will appear in the invoice header. If no address is set, the clinic address will be used and will only be reflected on draft invoices.
Address on Notes
You can also assign an address for your notes. This is helpful for maintaining consistency and professional presentation on all your documentation.
Address on the Landing Page
On your landing page, you have the flexibility to display your address—or hide it if you prefer. This allows you to maintain privacy while still ensuring your business information is accessible where necessary.
Tip: If you're working from home or don't want to display your personal address, you can opt to hide it from public view on the landing page.
