Question: What should I do if I, as a practitioner, am not receiving any email notifications?
Answer: If you’re not receiving email notifications, it’s possible that the corresponding setting in your account preferences is turned off. To check this, follow these steps:
- Go to your Account Settings modal.
- Click on the Account tab. Ensure that the email notification settings are enabled.
