Practitioners can manage their own availability, or clinic owners and admins can do it on their behalf. This article guides you through how to set both recurring weekly availability and custom one-time availability for specific dates.
Who Can Set Availability?
Clinic Owners/Admins: Can set availability for any practitioner listed in the Teams section of the landing page settings.
Practitioners: Can set their own availability if they've been added to the Teams section by an admin.
Before You Proceed:
Only practitioners who have been added to the “Teams” section will appear in the list of practitioners available for online booking. Make sure the practitioner has been added there first.
For Clinic Owners & Admins
Access the Availability Settings
- Go to My Office.
- Under Clinic Setup, click on Landing Page.
- In the Landing Page Settings, click Set Availability by Practitioner.
Note: This option will only appear if Landing Page Booking has been enabled. Make sure it's turned on to allow availability setup. Choose the practitioner you want to configure.
Set Recurring Weekly Availability
Recurring availability is your default weekly schedule.
Toggle each day on or off based on the practitioner’s working days (e.g., ON for Mondays, OFF for Sundays).
Select the service to be offered on that day (e.g., Assessments, Consultations).
Set a time for the service (e.g., 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
Add additional time window if needed
Add additional service if needed
- Use the (-) icon to remove a schedule block if it needs to be changed.
Set Custom (One-Time) Availability
Use this for special dates that differ from the regular schedule (e.g., a Saturday pop-up clinic).
Navigate to the Custom Dates section.
Select a specific date from the calendar.
- Choose the service, define the start and end time, and add any relevant details.
Save the changes. This will override the recurring availability for the selected date.
For Practitioners
Access Your Availability Settings
Go to your Scheduler dashboard.
Scroll to the section below your ICS URL.
Under Booking Availability, click on Set Availability.
Note: This button will only be clickable if you’ve been added to the Teams section by your clinic owner/admin.

Review your schedule regularly, especially during holidays or clinic closures.
- Using custom availability will override the availabilities you set per day.
