Therabyte sends client notification emails when appointments are:
Created
Rejected
Rescheduled
You can customize how these notifications are handled for each event type through your Notification Settings.
How to adjust your client email notification settings:
Go to Settings > Scheduler.|
Under Client Emails, you’ll see options for each type of appointment change:
Appointment Created
Appointment Rejected
Appointment Rescheduled
For each type, you can choose one of the following options:
Send Automatically — Emails are always sent to clients when this action occurs.
Send Manually — Emails will not be automatically sent. You must manually choose to send the email.
Always Prompt Me — A pop-up will appear whenever you make changes, allowing you to decide whether to send the email or not for each individual change.
Note: If you select "Remember my choice for future events" in the pop-up, your choice will become your default setting.
When to choose "Always Prompt Me"
Use Always Prompt Me if:
You often make post-session adjustments (e.g. updating session duration or notes after the appointment).
You may need to correct appointment details after they've been scheduled.
You sometimes make internal admin changes that don’t require notifying the client.
You want to review and confirm each time before a client email is sent.
By using Always Prompt Me, you stay in control of which appointment changes trigger a client notification.
