What is a Staff ID?
The Staff ID is an internal identifier automatically generated by the system when a practitioner profile is created. It helps uniquely identify each practitioner within your clinic’s account.
While the system sets this ID automatically, it can be edited if needed to match your clinic's internal tracking system or naming conventions.
How to Change the Staff ID
To edit the Staff ID for a practitioner:
Go to the Users tab in your account.
Search for and select the practitioner you want to update.
In their account settings, locate the Staff ID field.
Click on Edit.
Enter the new ID and click Save.
