FAQ - Why isn’t the TB Pay option showing on the payment methods? Print

If the invoice is linked to a contract with a third-party funder, the TB Pay option will not appear.

TB Pay is only available when the invoice is billed directly to the client or their guardian. For contract invoices, the Bill To must be set to Self/Client for TB Pay to be enabled.

Next Steps:

Check the Bill To field on the invoice.
- If it’s set to Self/Client or their guardian, TB Pay will be available.
- If it’s set to a third-party funder, TB Pay will not appear.
