Practitioners can customize their email notifications to stay updated on client activity and account changes. Follow the steps below to enable or adjust your email notification settings:
Steps to Enable Email Notifications:
Access Account Settings
Click on your initials located at the top right corner of the screen.
From the dropdown menu, select Account Settings.
Go to Email Notification Settings
In the Account tab, scroll down to the Email Notification Settings section.
Choose Your Notifications
Select the notifications and access permissions you’d like to receive as a practitioner.
Save Your Changes
Once you’ve made your selections, click Save to update your preferences.
You’ll now receive email notifications based on the options you’ve enabled.
