This setting allows each practitioner or user to choose their own timezone, so appointment times display correctly based on where they are located.
Timezone options:
Same as clinic – Uses the clinic’s default timezone.
Your own timezone – Uses the timezone you personally select, independent of the clinic.
This setting only affects your own view and does not change the clinic’s timezone or impact other users.
How to update your timezone:
- Click the Account Settings option from the User icon on the top right corner of the screen. This will deploy the clinic user modal. From here, each practitioner is able to access their client list, edit personal information, change their password, and update personal account settings.
- Select the Account tab
- Under Timezone, you can choose:
- Same as clinic, or
- Select your own timezone from the drop-down
- Once updated, the changes will take effect immediately.
