Important Reminder! In setting your password, we highly recommend that you include numbers, special keys, upper case, and lowercase letters in your password character combination to increase your account security.
To reset your password
Go to your Clinic's Therabyte landing page and click on the Login button.
Enter the email address you used during sign-up (the one you are using to log in your Therabyte account) into the email field. Then, click on the Forgot Password button.
Click the Send Password Reset Link button.
Check your email, and look for an email asking you to reset your password. Select the Reset Password button. Be sure to check all your folders as it is possible for this email to end up in junk, spam, or other folders.
Selecting this button will return you to your clinic’s login page, where you will be prompted to create and confirm your new password. Click the Confirm button.
Enter your NEW password on the login page. After that, simply click the Login button, and you'll regain access to your clinic.
