Before You Request a Password Reset

To avoid delays and errors, kindly check the following:

  1. Confirm Your Clinic’s URL (ex. demopractice.therabyte.app)

    • Make sure you are attempting to log in or request a reset from your clinic's specific URL.
    • To find the correct URL:
      • Look through your inbox for the welcome email or any other emails sent by the clinic. The clinic's URL is usually found in the contact info section of the emails.

  2. Confirm Your Email Address

    • Ensure you’re using the correct email address registered with your clinic.

NOTE: If you request a reset from the wrong clinic URL or use an incorrect email address, you won’t receive the reset email—even if a confirmation message indicates the request was successful.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:

When setting your new password, ensure it includes:

  • Numbers
  • Special characters (e.g., @, #, !)
  • Uppercase and lowercase letters

This improves the security of your account.

To reset your password

  1. Go to your Clinic's Therabyte landing page and click on the Login button.

  2. Enter the email address you used during sign-up (the one you are using to log in your Therabyte account) into the email field. Then, click on the Forgot Password button.

  3. Click the Send Password Reset Link button.

  4. Check your email, and look for an email asking you to reset your password. Select the Reset Password button. Be sure to check all your folders as it is possible for this email to end up in junk, spam, or other folders.

  5. After clicking the reset link, you’ll be directed to your clinic’s login page. Enter and confirm your new password and click Confirm to save it.

  6. You will be asked to login again. Make sure to use your new password to log in on the clinic’s login page.

Troubleshooting tips:
Password management can be an issue when web browsers autofill/complete password fields, even after you've typed your desired password (manually).
  • Testing on a different browser: Start by testing your password on a different browser that does not have your credentials saved on. If you are able to log in, then we can conclude that this is an issue with your daily browser's autofill option. To fix this, you will need to open your browser settings and remove the saved password for your Therabyte account.
  • Changing your password again: The fastest option (after removing any saved Therabyte credentials from your browser settings) is to reset your password. You may then replace the saved credentials with your new password. The idea with this is to rule out any typos made previously.
  • Requesting a manual password: You can request a new password from your clinic owner. To do this, your clinic owner needs to go to the Clinic Users page, find your account and from the Account tab set a new password for you. You can then log in with that password and change it upon login.
