What is the use of the Filter option within Therabyte?


The Therabyte filter system helps you navigate and access specific files of your clients and teams easily. It reduces time spent searching for items and has the option to save our filter preferences. You can access and use the filter system in the following areas:


  • Clients Tab

  • Client Chart Modal - Files Tab: Notes section

  • Scheduler Tab 

  • Notes Tab

  • TB Meet 

  • Billing Tab

  • Clinic Users

  • Raw Data Reports

  • Activity Logs



Note:

  • Accessibility of the Filter function in the following areas are limited only to the owner(s):

            Billing Tab, Clinic Users, Raw Data Reports, Scheduler Tab, and Activity Logs.

  • In the Scheduler - Team/Rooms Tab, the owner has the capability to give access to their practitioner(s) in viewing or creating/editing events. (Go to Practice Setup menu > click Settings > select the Scheduler Tab)



In Clients Tab

Note: The same filter options can be seen in the Discharge and Waitlist tab within the Clients page.


  1. To filter your clients, choose and select from the following options: Provider, Diagnosis, Age, Status, and Sort. 



  1. To create a custom filter preset, Add the filters to be saved as a custom preset.




  1. Next, select the + button at the top of the screen.



  1. Next, Type the Name of Filter Preset on the field provided.



  1. To set a filter preset as default, Check the box Set as Default on the modal



  1. To save the new filter preset created, click the Save As button on the modal.



  1. To add or remove a filter on an existing custom preset, click the Save Selection button at the top.



  1. To rename a filter preset created, click the Edit button beside the preset name.



  1. Choose and select a Filter Preset Name on the dropdown menu.


  1. Click the Toggle button to edit the name of the Preset.




  1. To save changes of the Filter Preset name, click the Save button.

Note: Currently, you aren’t able to delete Filter Presets previously created. You can only rename them.



Client Chart Modal - Files Tab


Note: The filter function in the Client chart modal is only applicable to the Notes section.


  1. To filter the notes in the client chart modal, choose and select from the following options: Author, Attendance, Period, Status, and Sort.



  1. Repeat Step 2-11 as seen in the “Clients Tab” section of this article.



In Scheduler Tab

Note: The same filter option of Client Filters can be seen in both My calendar and Team/Rooms tab.


  1. To filter clients in the Scheduler, choose and select 1 or more clients from the Client Filter menu.



  1. To filter the Team/Rooms tab by team, choose and select 1 team from the Team dropdown menu.

In Notes Tab


Note: The same filter options can be seen in the Team, Other, and Templates tab within the Notes page.


  1. To filter the notes, choose and select from the following options: Client, Author, Attendance, Period, Status, and Sort. 



  1. Repeat Step 2-11 as seen in the “Clients Tab” section of this article.



In TB Meet Tab


Note: The same filter options can be seen in the History tab, whereas the Pending tab only consists of options to Filter by client and Hours of Operation dropdown menu within the TB Meet page.


  1. To filter by clients in the TB Meet tab, choose and select from the Filter by Client dropdown menu.



  1. To show video sessions only, select the Yes toggle button.

Note: In the Active Tab, it would show both video and non-video session if the toggle button wasn’t enabled.





In Billing Page Tab


  1. To use filters in the Billing items tab, choose and select from the following options: Client, Period, Billing type, Provider, and Sort.

Note: The same filter options can be seen in the Invoice, Paid, and All tab within 

the Billings page - billing items tab.



  1. To use filters in the Invoices tab, choose and select from the following options: Client, Funder, Grant, Invoice Date, and Sort.


Note: The same filter options can be seen in the Submitted, Paid, Unpaid, Void, Overdue, Refunded and All tab within the Billings page - invoices tab.



  1. To use filters in the Contracts tab, choose and select from the following options: Client, Status and Sort.

In Clinic Users Tab


Note: The same filter options can be seen in the Inactive tab within the Clinic users page.


  1. To filter the users, choose and select from the following options: Username, Role, and Sort.

In Raw Data Reports Tab


Note: The same filter options can be seen in the All, All Submitted, Overdue, Unpaid, Uninvoiced tab within the Raw Data Reports page.


  1. To filter the Data Reports, choose and select from the following options: Client, Provider, Session Period, Invoice Period, Entry Type, Sort, and Payment Date Period.

In Activity Logs


  1. To filter the Activity Logs, choose and select from the following options: Log Type, Activity Date, User, and Sort.



  1. To filter the Email Logs, choose and select from the following options: Log Date and Sort.
