How do I let my team see all clients found on the waitlist?
How do I enable the booking option for my clients in their personal client portal?
Go to the Client Settings page by clicking the Settings Tab in the Practice Setup menu at the top left corner.
For client list visibility, Toggle ON the option for Practitioners to see all Clients on the Waitlist.
For booking options on the client portal, Toggle ON the Enable booking option in the client portal.
If this is enabled, only active clients using the client portal will be able to access the online booking option. See what it looks like on the client portal below:
To save all changes made, click the Save button.
