A direct session refers to any session involving direct interaction with a client.
Examples: an OT session, SLP session, or a video session.
For Solo accounts, the limit is 25 direct sessions per month. Non-direct sessions such as emails, non-billable notes, personal and team meetings are not included in this count.
Once you reach 25 direct sessions in a month, you won't be able to add additional direct sessions until the following month.
