We define a session as a direct client interaction, booked in the scheduler as a session, it is not related to indirect client events.

This is a feature unique to Therabyte and important to your workflow. When you need to identify calendar events for both direct client sessions and indirect client actions such as phone calls, emails, and team meetings, it's important to be able to identify these separately on the calendar and for invoicing. A "direct session" refers to a session where the client is present; this could be in person or over the phone. An indirect event, on the other hand, is when you are interacting with other team members without the client present or engaging in tasks related to the client but not directly with them.
