Updating of Service Fees


  1. To begin, click Clinic Setup > Services on the leftmost menu.


  1. You'll find a list of all your services on the Services Page. Locate the specific service for which you want to update the fee. For instance, let's take a look at the "Basic OT Service" as an example, which currently has a fee of $5.00. Click the service to update the fee.


  1. The Basic OT Service details will be displayed, including the Service Fee.


  1. Important! Changing the fee will not affect submitted/completed invoices. The fee update is not retroactive, the new rate will take effect on new invoices, drafted invoices, and uninvoiced transactions.



  1. Apply the new rate on the Fee textbox.



  1. All Payer Override will adapt to the new service fee. Click the Save button to apply all changes.



  1. Note: You may still change the Service Fee individually for each Payer Override.


  1. Upon returning to the Services modal, the new Service Fee rate will be displayed.


Note: Any changes made won't affect past transactions. They are only applicable to future transactions going forward. Rest assured, that the updated Service Fee will not impact any previous transactions.


Invoice Status

  • Submitted Invoice - The Service Fee won’t be updated at this point.

  • Drafted Invoice - The Service Fee can be updated by editing the Invoice and changing the Payer


  • For Invoicing - The Service Fee can be updated by editing the Invoice and changing the Payer


  • New Event - Starting from the service fee update, any transactions you make will automatically reflect the updated fee.
