Replicate an Intake Form using Bookmarked Blocks
On the Forms page, select the desired Form that you want to replicate.
We will bookmark a block from the selected form, which will be reused later when creating a new form.
Click the ellipsis button, and from the dropdown list, choose 'Save as Custom Block'.
Provide a descriptive custom block name related to the saved block.
At the bottom of the left menu, click the Add button for Bookmarked Blocks.
Make sure to click the Bookmark icon button.
The Bookmarked color will turn yellow once it is bookmarked.
Create a new form by clicking the New Form button.
Select Self-Intake and click the Create button.
Click the Let's Do It button.
On the Build tab, the bookmarked blocks are now available for reuse on the bottom left side.
Drag and drop the bookmarked blocks into the form editor.
Reuse as many bookmarked blocks as needed.
Once you are done, remember to click the Save (or Save and Publish) button.
