To edit the Client Profile Details
To begin , click the Clients tab under My Office..
Click on the Waitlist tab. (Note: If a client was already onboarded, you may ignore this step and choose the Active tab instead.)
Click the Name of the desired client to edit.
On the Client Modal, click the Edit Profile button.
Apply the necessary updates and changes to the Client profile.
Click the Save button on the bottom right part of the page.
Note: After saving the client info, a popup will appear asking if you want to send the account set up to your client's email (if this client is from the waitlist tab). You can choose to click the 'Send Email(s)' button to allow the client to set up their portal, or click 'Send Later' if you prefer to send it at a later time. After this step, changes have already been made in the client settings.
