Share Consent Form to Third Party
On the Client modal, go to the Files tab. Click the New button, then select Upload from the dropdown list.
Click the click to upload link button or drop the file you want to share here
Once the document has been added, click the Done button.
Select the Notes button.
Click the first document from the list; it will be displayed with its original filename followed by a numerical stamp. Additionally, you will notice the date and time of the document uploaded in the Modified column.
Click the Share button, then navigate to the 3rd party Contacts section in the list. Select the checkbox next to the desired 3rd party contact to share the document with. Click the Confirm button.
The System will prompt the user if the document was successfully shared with the selected user/s.
Third Party’s access to the shared document
On the 3rd Party’s portal, click the Documents from the left-most menu, then click the most recent shared document.
