Who can receive the SMS reminders?

  • SMS reminders can be received by the client and their contact/s, as long as it is enabled in their contact settings.


How to confirm if the setting has been enabled?

  1. Open the client or guardian's profile.
  2. Verify that the phone number is correct. Ensure the type is set to "Cellphone" and the default button is checked.
  3. In the contact settings, make sure to enable SMS notifications.


How to Identify the Recipients of the SMS:

  • You can find this information by opening the event in the scheduler. Scroll down to the notifications section, and hover over the "Recipients" under SMS notifications. 
  • Once the SMS has been sent, the word "Recipients" will be updated to show "Sent To".
