Who can receive the SMS reminders?
- SMS reminders can be received by the client and their contact/s, as long as it is enabled in their contact settings.
How to confirm if the setting has been enabled?
- Open the client or guardian's profile.
- Verify that the phone number is correct. Ensure the type is set to "Cellphone" and the default button is checked.
- In the contact settings, make sure to enable SMS notifications.
How to Identify the Recipients of the SMS:
- You can find this information by opening the event in the scheduler. Scroll down to the notifications section, and hover over the "Recipients" under SMS notifications.
- Once the SMS has been sent, the word "Recipients" will be updated to show "Sent To".
