How to remove or replace credit card details from the client portal?
To update the credit card on file in the client portal, follow these simple steps:
- After successfully logging in, navigate to the upper right corner of the portal. Look for your initials or profile picture. Click on this icon to reveal a dropdown menu, and then select “Account Settings”.
- Select the "Account" tab to view your account details. Scroll down and you’ll see the section where your credit card information is displayed. To update your credit card information, click the "Remove" button next to your current card details.
- Once removed, you may now proceed adding your new credit card details by clicking the “Add Payment Method”.
- Click the "Save" button to confirm the new credit card information.
