For Team events, the system only allows selecting practitioners under crew members. Therefore, when creating a team event involving a student practitioner, you can follow these steps:

Select yourself as the crew member for the event.
In the organizer section, choose the student practitioner to include them.

This workaround should allow you to add the OT student in your Team meetings.
