  • Why isn't my form appearing on my landing page?


If your form is live but not appearing on your landing page, it might be because you haven't selected a category for the form. The form requires a category to be assigned in order to appear on the landing page.


To resolve this, please follow these steps:


  1. Open the form and navigate to the settings.


  2. Check and confirm if a category has been assigned to the form.


  3. If a category has not been assigned yet, please choose an appropriate category for the form.

  4. If you haven't created a category yet, you can do so by clicking on the + button to create one.

  5. After assigning a category to the form, remember to save the changes. Your form should then begin appearing on your landing page.


Note: Also remember to toggle ON the Live and Active version of the form to make it live on your landing page.
