A client is listed as a draft if the Client Onboarding process has not been completed. To update the client status to Active, follow these steps:

  1. After adding the client, open the client's modal.

  2. Navigate through each tab in the client modal and ensure that all necessary information is filled out in each tab:

    • Clinical Info
    • People
    • Finances
    • Trees
    • File
  3. Finish the Onboarding Process:

    • Click the Finish button.
    • A dialog box will appear, prompting you to send a welcome email to the client. Click the Complete button to finalize the process.


Once these steps are completed, the client status should change from Draft to Active.
