Removing a contact directly from the client profile will prompt a modal that says "This contact has already been used in the client invoice and can no longer be removed."


This is the recommended steps if the user has already been used in invoices.

  • Go to the Users tab in your dashboard.

  • Find the user you wish to delete.

  • Select the Inactive option in the Status section, and a button for permanent deletion will appear and then click the button.

  • Enter your password when prompted and click continue.


  • A second layer of security will appear, asking you to type "permanently delete" and then click the delete button.
