If you encounter font-related problems when uploading PDFs to Therabyte, try this quick workaround:
Step 1: Check the Fonts Used in the PDF (Using Adobe Acrobat Reader - Free Version)
Open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Right-click anywhere on the document and click Document Properties.
In the Document Properties window, click the Fonts tab.
You will see a list of all fonts used in the PDF.
This helps identify if the font might be causing issues.
Step 2: Apply the Font Fix Workaround
Open the PDF file in Microsoft Word.
Select all text (press Ctrl + A).
Change the font to any other font (e.g., Arial).
Change the font back to the original font used in the document (as noted in Step 1).
Export/save the document as a new PDF file.
Upload the newly saved PDF to Therabyte.
If the file uploads and displays correctly in Therabyte, you may continue using this method as a short-term workaround while we work on a permanent fix.
