The Raw Data Report in Therabyte is a powerful tool that gives you access to detailed information about services, sessions, invoicing, and payments. To help you get the most out of this report, here's a breakdown of the different column filters you can use and what each field represents.

Entry Type: Identifies the type of entry—such as Service, Travel, Mileage, Expense, or Custom entry.

Event ID: A unique ID automatically assigned to each session or event for tracking purposes.

Provider: The name of the practitioner who conducted the session. For multi-practitioner events, only the main practitioner will appear.


Provider Staff ID: Internal staff ID of the practitioner. (see Managing Staff IDs)


Invoice Number: The unique number assigned to the invoice.


Contract Reference Number: Reference number tied to a specific contract (e.g., policy #).


Client Name: The name of the client who attended the session.

Invoice Date: The date the invoice was issued.


Due Date: The date when payment is due.


Location Category: A general classification of where the session took place. This helps group sessions by broader location types.


Session Location: The specific location where the session took place.


Billable Status: This is determined per session and is based on client attendance. Even if a service is marked as billable, if the client did not attend, the Billable Status may show as Non-Billable.

Service: Name of the service provided.


Service Description: Description of the service.


Service Fee: This is the current default rate assigned to a service. If you update the service fee in your settings, this value changes moving forward.


Service Fee # of Units: Number of units billed for the service fee.


Service Fee Units Name: The unit of measurement for billing (Hr or Min).


Session # of Units: Actual number of units used during the session.


Units Name: Time measurement used (Hr or Min).


Service Billable: This refers to whether the service itself is marked as billable or not.


Session Fee: This is the actual fee recorded for a specific session. It is based on the Service Fee at the time the session was created, and does not change even if the Service Fee is updated later. This allows accurate historical billing based on the rate at the time of service.


Attendance: Indicates whether the client attended the session.


Item Amount: Total cost of the session/service on the invoice.


Item Balance: Remaining unpaid balance, if partially paid.


Refunded Amount: Total refunded for the session, if applicable.


Session Date: The date the session took place.


Invoiced By: The team member who created the invoice.


Payer: The person or entity that paid the invoice.


Funder Name: The organization or third-party funder (if set via contract).


Client-Funder Code: Code linking the client to a funder for billing purposes.


Billing Code: Code assigned when the service was created. This can be an internal code that makes it easy to search.


Practitioner Compensation Tier: Tier assigned to the practitioner for compensation purposes. (see Compensation Tier article)


Service Compensation Tier: Tier used to calculate payment for the service provided. (see Compensation Tier article)


Appointment ID: Unique identifier for the appointment.


Invoice Status: The current state of the invoice.

Payment Date: The date the invoice was paid.


Payment Comments: Notes added related to the payment.

Tax Name


Payment Method: The method used to make the payment (e.g., TB Pay, wallets, cash).


Processing Fee: Stripe/Therabyte Pay fee deducted from the payment.


Travel/Mileage Billed: Indicates if travel or mileage was included in the invoice


Tax Rate: The percentage of tax applied to the service or session.


Tax Amount: The total amount of tax charged based on the tax rate and item cost.


Session Item Amount Post Tax: The final cost of the session including tax.
