Below are step-by-step instructions for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
For Google Chrome
Desktop
Open Google Chrome.
Click the three dots (⋮) at the top-right corner of your browser.
Go to Settings → Privacy and security.
Click Clear browsing data.
Select the Time range — for best results, choose All time.
Check the boxes for:

✅ Cached images and files
Click Clear data.
