Q – I entered the room but my camera and/or audio isn’t working.

Troubleshooting for iPad 

You may be prompted to check your Settings. if see, follow the prompt.

If not prompted, go to your settings and scroll down until you find Jitsi Meet, Toggle the microphone and camera to the on.

Troubleshooting for Desktop

Your browser might not have been given permission to access your camera. 

Check your camera settings here and ensure they have been allowed.  

Make sure to refresh the browser screen to apply the permission changes.

Q – I refreshed the browser screen and my camera is still not working.

A – Leave the meeting room and reenter the room. 

Q – I left the meeting room and reentered and my camera is still disabled

A – Ensure your camera settings are enabled and check if you have external cameras and restart your computer.
