Q - I keep getting booted out of the room for low connection.
A – Adjust your location to be in sightline with the router (closer to the wifi).
Q – I have good line sight with the router and I still have a low connection and/or getting booted out.
A – You can try low bandwidth mode, which will turn off your camera.
Follow the illustration below on how to enable low bandwidth mode
- Click the vertical ellipses icon in your video session option.
- Click Enable low bandwidth mode
Desktop
Q - My client keeps getting booted out of the room for low connection.
- Click on the three dot icon in the far right of the screen and choose Manage video quality.
- Adjust the quality of the image, by moving the slider to Low definition. Adjust this on both ends, practitioner, and client.
Q – I have adjusted my video quality and still getting a low connection.
A – Connect your computer to the router with an ethernet cable or adjust your location to be in sightline with the router.
