- Question: There is no sound and I see this kind of error:
Answer:
In Chrome, click the lock in the top left corner of the screen and Allow for sound
- Question: I allowed the microphone settings but the audio is still disabled.
Answer: Refresh your browser.
- Question: My sound is turned on, but I can’t hear anything.
Answer: Check to see that the volume is turned up on your computer. Ask your client to check the volume on their device.
- Question: We checked the volume is turn up and I still can’t hear anything.
Answer: Exit from the session and try joining again. Now that your audio is enabled, close your browsers and join again to the session
