1. First, navigate to the Scheduler page then click on the placeholder that matches your desired time and date. An event editor will appear on the right side, allowing you to input the event details.
2. Setting up as direct or indirect will depend on the type of client events chosen.
For sessions where task is inherently direct in nature, the direct/indirect toggle is unavailable and set to direct.
3. For Video Session, Call and other client events, you can choose between indirect or direct settings. If you’re conducting a video session with a colleague rather than the client, simply toggle to indirect. After making your selection, click the check button to save your changes.
4. For To-do and email/message client events, the toggle is set to indirect. These tasks are inherently indirect as they are not completed with the client present.
