Note: Logs Tab is only accessible on the Practice Setup menu by the owner(s) of the clinic.
- Go to the Email Logs page by clicking the Logs tab in the Practice setup menu from the top left corner.
- Click and select the Email Logs Tab on the page.
- To check a specific email log activity, use the search bar or filter option.
NOTE: To make use of the Filters, read this article: Filtering system - search bar (or refer to the related articles above) - To check if an email has been delivered, check the Delivered Tag underneath an email log.
- To check if an email has been opened, check the Opened Tag underneath an email log.
Note: The Open tag is NOT 100% accurate since some email systems scan emails for spam or viruses. - To check if an email has failed, check the Failed Tag underneath an email log.
Note: The Failed Tag means it is NOT delivering to previously bounced addresses. Also, a Bounced Tag can also appear in some circumstances which can be related to the server, spam, a full inbox, and etc.
