  1. Let’s head over to the Forms page by clicking on My Office > Management > Forms

  1. Let’s open the form we want to edit and navigate to the Build tab.


  1. On the Form Editor, click the Client Profile Block to display its Properties.


  1. In the Properties sidebar, locate the Permission Options and toggle the option labeled “Allow Recipients to edit the client fields.” This will allow existing clients to edit their information, if they are filling out an updated intake form or if the clinic has already entered data for this client.

  1. Click the Save dropdown menu, and then click the Save and Publish button to apply all changes on the Intake form.

       6. By now, the Intake Form should be accessible as an editable form by your clients and will allow them to make changes to the form as needed.
