How to change the address displayed on the invoice
If you want to update the address displayed on your invoices or landing page, first, you'll need to create additional clinic addresses.
To add a new clinic address. Click My Office then scroll down to Clinic Setup > Settings Page > General > Addresses > Click the + New Address button.
Enter the details of your new Address, then click the Save button.
Note: The Country and Province fields are optional.
The new Address is now added to the address list below.
For your invoices, you can now head over to the clinic settings page (My Office > Clinic Setup > Settings > Billing) to set your desired address.
Scroll down to the bottom of the Billing tab in the settings, and then click the Invoice Header Address drop-down menu and choose the address that will be displayed on the Invoice Header.
Note: To change the address displayed in your notes, go to the Notes tab and select the desired address from the dropdown menu under Note Header Address.
On the upper right part of the Billing tab, click the Save button to apply the changes made.
Once you've set your desired address, click the Save button in the upper right corner.
How to change the address displayed on the Landing Page
The clinic address is located on the lower left side of the Landing Page.
To change the current address displayed to your alternative address, click My Office > Clinic setup > Land Page.
Scroll down to Settings and click the Website Footer Address dropdown list.
Select the address you want to display on the Landing Page.
Click the Save All button on the upper right part of the page to apply changes.
Note: To hide your address from the landing page, disable the Show Website Footer Address option.
