Users now have the capability to modify both the service and client associated with an event in cases where no attendance has been set. This feature enhances flexibility and adaptability within the event management system, allowing for adjustments to be made as needed.


Enhanced Flexibility in Event Management

  • Users can now change service and client if no attendance is set.

  • Users can deselect attendance for an uninvoiced event from Step 1 of the event form to change the client. (Note: This action is not applicable for group sessions.)

  • Removal or change of client is restricted if Smart Trees are already added.

  • Users can change service by deselecting attendance for an uninvoiced event or an event in a draft invoice from Step 1 of the event form.

  • In multi-client events, the client's name displayed in the calendar is the first client selected.



Client Dropdown:

  • Disabled if:
    • Multi-client event and outcome not yet saved, already in the outcome phase.
    • Multi-client event and outcome already saved.
    • Single client with attendance already set.
    • Program event.


Multi-checkbox:

  • Disabled if:
    • Multi-client event and outcome already saved.
    • Attendance already set.
    • Multi-clients already selected.
    • In the outcome phase with a single client and outcome not yet saved.

Update Modal for Unsaved Changes: 

  • If there are unsaved modifications and the user tries to close or select a date on the calendar, the modal below should alert the user.
