Camera Not Working

If your camera isn’t turning on or isn’t visible to others:

  • Ensure your camera is properly connected or built-in.

  • Close any other apps using the camera (e.g., Zoom, Teams).

  • Grant camera access in your browser settings:

    • Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Camera

  • Restart your browser or try incognito mode.

  • Check if your camera is selected in Therabyte Meet settings.

Low Connection / Network Issues

A poor connection can cause video freezing, delays, or dropped calls:

  • Move closer to your Wi-Fi router or use a wired connection.
